I was not entirely sold on the idea of moving to a predominantly male environment after experiencing the gentility of life at an all girls school between the ages of 7 and 16. I am the eldest of four children and my two brothers Luc and Bruno were at Birkenhead School before I arrived so I was already familiar with the campus and the ambience. At present I am studying Biology Chemistry Economics and Geography and hoping to read medicine at University. I achieved my Silver Duke of Edinburgh last year and I am delighted that I will be able to complete the Gold award later this year - even if it does mean having to share a tent with a group of smelly boys! The experience so far has been rewarding and inspiring as well as providing a fascinating insight into the male psyche!
